Boyu Heavy Industry (BOYU) is a leading manufacturer of boiler components, heat exchangers and pressure vessels, headquartered at the foot of Mount Tai in Shandong, China. Founded in 2015, BOYU has grown into one of the largest boiler component manufacturing bases in Northern China, with over 400 mu of manufacturing facilities, 160,000 m² of workshop space and more than 1,100 employees, including 150+ engineers and technical specialists.
BOYU holds ASME "S" and "U" stamps, as well as Class A boiler component (A1) and pressure vessel (A2/A3) certifications - the highest qualifications in China. Our product range covers water walls (membrane walls), economizers (H-type finned, coiled tube and spiral finned types), superheaters, reheaters, air preheaters, headers, steam drums, spiral plate heat exchangers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, condensers and various pressure vessels. These products serve the power generation, coking, metallurgy, petrochemical and energy industries worldwide.
Our newly commissioned Phase III workshop - a single 70,000 m² facility with an 800-metre production line - features fully automated serpentine tube manufacturing, capable of processing tubes up to 120 metres in length with end-to-end intelligent welding, bending and inspection. With an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons and a monthly output of 3,000 tons for boiler pressure components, BOYU is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Specialized and Sophisticated "Little Giant" Enterprise, and a Manufacturing Individual Champion Enterprise. We hold more than 70 utility model patents and software copyrights in heat exchange and boiler technology.
BOYU operates six regional service centers and over 30 offices across China, providing (turnkey) after-sales support including installation guidance, commissioning, maintenance and retrofit services. Our products are exported to more than 20 countries across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, ASEAN, Europe and Africa, with over 70% of Chinese coking plants and numerous power stations relying on BOYU boiler components. To better serve the Southwest China and overseas markets, Sichuan Boyu Hong'an Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has been established as a subsidiary to expand into industrial boiler systems and boiler spare parts supply, offering complete after-sales support, retrofit solutions and genuine components for utility and industrial boilers.

Every product undergoes 100% non-destructive examination (UT/MT/ET/RT/PT), hydrostatic pressure testing, air tightness testing, and is delivered with complete material test certificates and inspection reports.

Experienced export packaging and shipping coordination, including sea freight, air freight and multimodal transport, with proper rust prevention and structural bracing for long-distance overseas delivery to 30+ countries.

Shandong Boyu Heavy Industry Technology Group Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2015 in Xintai City, Shandong Province, at the foot of Mount Tai. The company focuses on manufacturing boiler components, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.

• June 2015: Shandong Boyu Heavy Industry Technology Group Co., Ltd. established in Xintai City, Tai'an, Shandong Province. Registered capital: RMB 61.6 million. Legal representative: Wang Hongfeng.
• Development Stage: Expanded production facilities and product range, covering water walls, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, air preheaters, headers, steam drums and pressure vessels. Obtained Class A boiler component manufacturing license (A1, Certificate No. TS2410S95-2024) and pressure vessel manufacturing license (A2/A3).
• Recent Years: Phase III workshop put into operation — a single 70,000 m² facility with an 800-metre automated serpentine tube production line. Annual production capacity reached 250,000 tons. Recognized as National High-Tech Enterprise and Specialized "Little Giant" Enterprise. Products exported to 20+ countries.
