All reheater coil assemblies are produced following strict WPS & PQR high-temperature alloy welding standards, with integral post-weld stress relief heat treatment to eliminate bending and welding residual stress. Every finished reheater set goes through full-range 100% UT, RT, MT, PT non-destructive flaw detection, plus independent hydraulic pressure test and gas tightness inspection under simulating actual high-temperature operating pressure. Complete MTC raw alloy steel test certificates, full multi-item NDT inspection reports and full set of export technical delivery documents are supplied to meet global industrial certification standards including ASME, GB, JIS, KS and PED.
